North Rapid Civic Association Newsletters Doug Dlugosz has been with NRCA for many years and has always been there to lend a hand where ever he is needed. For many years he was the editor of the newsletter and now he is our primary photographer and historian. He will be working on getting the old issues into pdf format for you to enjoy. This is a very time consuming and exacting undertaking, so we really appreciate the time and effort he is putting into this project.
